We are delighted to announce that Concise Technologies have joined the Air IT group, in order to expand our service offering and support businesses located across the UK.
As part of the Air IT group, both Air IT and Concise Technologies will enjoy the combined strength of additional technical expertise, whilst delivering a personal, local service to SMEs based in the North West and across the rest of the UK. We will also be able to offer additional in-house specialist services in areas such as business intelligence, communications and cyber security, expanding on our existing offering.
The Concise story
Concise was founded in 1999. For over 21 years, we’ve maintained our focus on supporting businesses whilst navigating colossal shifts in technology and staying one step ahead. We design, install, support, maintain and protect IT and telecoms networks for companies across Cheshire and beyond.
In 2007 we moved to the prestigious Gadbrook Park in Cheshire. Since then, we’ve introduced several leading-edge services and solutions, such as a dedicated 24/7 Service Desk, telecoms, and our Security Operations Centre. In 2016, we launched our Share & Care customer satisfaction initiative, through which we have donated thousands of pounds to local charities and community projects.
We have achieved many accreditations and awards over the years: we are a Microsoft Gold Partner, an IASME Certified Assessor, and a trusted partner of the Cyber Resilience Centre for Greater Manchester. What we’re most concerned about, though, is what our customers think of us. We pride ourselves on an above-average NPS (customer satisfaction) score of 58 which is considered ‘Excellent’ and is testament to our dedicated team.
We are looking forward to joining up with Air IT and taking the next step in our company journey, which will see Concise become the North West hub for the Air IT group.

This includes access to new leading-edge services such as fully managed business intelligence, as well as adding further depth to our cyber security, communications solutions and existing skillsets.
