How do I add a pst file (Outlook data file) to Outlook?

A PST file is an Outlook Data File which contains items exported from Outlook. Use the instructions below to open and view the contents of the PST file.

You will need to know your:

• The .pst file you want to open stored locally on your machine.
  (For example C:\Outlook\archive-emails.pst)
• Please note: the .pst file cannot be stored on a network drive
